A 2002 AUS Pioneers recipient by H.H. Sheikh Dr. Sultan Al-Qasimi, Ruler of Sharjah, he has been among participants of the 1st INSEAD Social Entrepreneurship Programme in Fontainebleau (2006) and the 1st EDSF scholar outside the United States. Heritaged from a Mediterranean U.N. D-2 family, his domiciles included California’s scenic Monterey and the populous deserts of Dubai, Riyadh, and Black Rock City.
